This AIC A 04/24 is issued to raise awareness of users about the website portal to Aeronautical information related to the provision of air navigation services in the Kigali Flight Information Region by ASECNA.

As of the AIRAC effective date of 11 July 2024 , all aeronautical information products and services for Rwanda (AIP, AIP AMDTs, AIP SUPs, and AICs) shall be accessed exclusively through the ASECNA AIM Web Portal: https://aim.asecna.aero and/or the Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority website: https://www.caa.gov.rw/
